ALI-JOX INC dba FM Group delivers full-stack logistics support — dispatch, HR, fleet management, and live updater services — for owner-operators and large carriers across the United States.
ALI-JOX INC was founded with one mission — to take the back-office headaches off the road and let drivers do what they do best. From a single dispatcher in Maryland, we've grown into a full operations partner for owner-operators and mid-size fleets across the country.
Real humans answering at 3 AM. No call centers, no scripts — dispatchers who know your truck and your route.
Live load updates, ELD integration, and document handling so paperwork never slows down a delivery.
HR, IFTA, drug testing, MVR pulls, DOT audits — we own the paperwork so you own the road.
Pick one. Pick all four. Every service plugs into the next so your operation runs like a single, well-oiled fleet — even when it isn't.
24/7 freight booking, broker negotiation, and route planning. We hunt the lanes, you drive them.
Driver recruiting, onboarding, DOT files, and audit-ready records so your fleet never gets caught off guard.
From PM schedules to IFTA, we keep wheels rolling and the IRS off your back.
Live check-calls, broker updates, and shipper/consignee communication — so drivers focus on the wheel, not the phone.
Owner-operators and fleet managers who trust FM Group with their loads, their compliance, and their bottom line.
FM Group's dispatch team booked me $9,200 in my first week — better than any service I've used in 8 years on the road. They actually pick up the phone at 2 AM.
Their HR service got 14 of my drivers compliant before our DOT audit. Files were spotless. We passed clean — first time ever.
The updater service is a game-changer. My drivers stopped getting "service failure" emails because FM Group was already on the phone with the broker. Worth every penny.
I went from 1 truck to 6 in 18 months — only because FM Group handled everything that wasn't driving. Best decision I ever made.
They negotiated detention pay I didn't even know I was owed — recovered over $4k in two months. They actually fight for the driver.
Fleet management used to eat my whole Sunday. Now FM Group handles PM, IFTA, and fuel reports. I got my weekends back.

A dispatcher is your back-office: we book your loads, negotiate rates with brokers, handle the paperwork (rate confirmations, BOLs, invoicing), track your truck through delivery, and chase detention pay. You drive — we do everything else.
Unlike a freight broker, a dispatcher works for the carrier, not the shipper. We're paid by you, not by the broker, so our incentive is your highest-paying load — not the cheapest one.
Industry standard ranges from 5% to 10% of gross load revenue. Most owner-operators pay 6–8%; fleets running 5+ trucks typically pay 5–6%. FM Group bills only on loads we book and deliver — no flat monthly fees, no setup costs, no minimums.
Dispatch fees are typically recovered in the first 1–2 booked loads through better-negotiated rates and detention claims that would otherwise be written off.
We are a dispatcher, not a broker. We don't hold your authority, we don't take title to freight, and we don't sell loads. We act under your motor-carrier authority (MC#) as your agent.
Our parent legal entity is ALI-JOX INC (EIN 83-1793687, SCAC AYBEY). Brokers are paid by shippers; we're paid by you, the carrier. That difference matters: we're aligned with your bottom line.
Yes — about 60% of our active book is owner-operators. We handle one-truck operations and 50+ truck fleets the same way: dedicated dispatcher, real broker relationships, transparent reporting.
If you're brand-new with your authority (under 90 days), we'll still take you on, but we'll pair you with conservative direct shippers until your CSA score and on-time history is built up.
Updater service is dedicated communication between your truck and the broker/shipper for the entire load lifecycle: pickup check-call, in-transit ETA updates, delivery confirmation, and detention documentation.
Most "service failures" on broker scorecards aren't actually late deliveries — they're missed phone calls. We answer the phone in English and Spanish 24/7 so your on-time scorecard stays clean and your future load offers stay at top-tier rates.
Standard onboarding is under 24 hours. We need: a copy of your MC and DOT authority, current insurance certificate, voided check or W-9 for direct deposit, and a signed dispatch agreement. Once those are in, we start booking loads.
For full HR & compliance setup (DQ files, drug consortium, IFTA, etc.), the deeper onboarding takes 5–7 business days.
All 48 contiguous U.S. states. Our broker network is heaviest in the Southeast, Texas Triangle, Midwest, and Northeast, but we book lanes coast to coast. We don't dispatch into Canada or Mexico — those need separate cross-border authority.
Yes — that's our HR & Compliance service. We handle Driver Qualification (DQ) files, FMCSA Clearinghouse pre-employment and annual queries, drug & alcohol consortium enrollment, IFTA quarterly returns, MVR pulls, and full DOT audit prep.
We've supported 12+ DOT compliance reviews. Standard service includes a quarterly mock audit so you're never surprised by FMCSA — read our 7-item DOT audit checklist for the items most carriers miss.
Yes. Dispatch is staffed around the clock — real humans, not voicemail trees. Brokers call, drivers call, consignees call: we answer. Most "after-hours" issues (delivery problems, detention starts, broker check-calls) are time-sensitive and get expensive when nobody answers.
Three options:
1. Fill out the contact form below — we reply within 1 business hour, 24/7.
2. Call dispatch directly: (443) 352-7020 — answered live anytime.
3. Email: [email protected]
The first call is a free consultation — bring your current rate-per-mile, fuel costs, and one frustration you'd like to fix. We'll tell you whether we can help before any paperwork.
Tell us about your operation — fleet size, current pain points, services you need. We'll come back with a real plan, not a brochure.
